Ducas Construction Inc. (DC) is a southern Maine based Construction Manager that builds within all sectors of the commercial market in Maine and southern New England. Our team is staffed with project managers, estimators, project superintendents and field members that execute complicated and multi-faceted projects on time and within budget. With significant experience in design build commercial projects, DC has the knowledge base and experience to oversee the design, procurement and construction of this project from concept to completion.
Ducas Construction Inc. was founded in 2015 by Patrick Ducas to provide southern Maine, and New Hampshire with Construction Management and General Contracting services with a focused approach on client service. We take pride in the level of service we offer our clients, and we are able to do so at a very competitive price. When acting as the Construction Manager we serve as the Owner/Developer’s agent during the construction process – to ensure that the project is run safely, efficiently and completed to the highest level of quality.
Our primary core principal at Ducas Construction is to be transparent and open with our clients and team members. We believe that open lines of communication between team members is the bedrock of a successful project. Ducas Construction Inc. will collaborate with and direct the team to bring the concept of the project from design to construction and then occupancy.
